First meeting of European forum on energy and transport

Brussels, 15/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The first meeting of the European Forum on Energy and Transport took place last week in Brussels. Those attending included Loyola de Palacio, European commissioner for Transport, and François Lamoureux, Director General for Energy and Transport. The Forum specifically examined its work programme on research into energy and transport (part of Sixth Framework Programme).
