Enlargement: Official resume of Commission regular reports on state of preparations in candidate countries

On 9 October, the European Commission published its regular reports on the current state of preparedness for EU accession in the thirteen candidate countries: ten Ceecs, Cyprus, Malta and Turkey (see EUROPE of 10, 11 and 12 October).We are publishing (in French, German and English), in four issues of EUROPE/Documents, the full texts of these national reports as summarised in the "Strategic Paper" that the Commission approved on 9 October.
