Brussels, 11/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption (390 votes in favour, 22 against and 65 abstentions) of the report by Regina Maria Pinto da Fonseca Ramos Bastos (EPP-ED, Portugal) on the Commission's Action Plan for skills and mobility, the European Parliament deplored, on Thursday, the lack of a precise timetable for accomplishing the aims of the Action Plan (see EUROPE of 13 February, p.17).
