11/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - On the eve of the JHA Council the Presidency declared that there was a general feeling that the Council had found it difficult to follow the commitments made at Tampere and that it thought and hoped that the Council would let them sort the situation out. The Presidency recognised that the points on the agenda are a lot but believes that in the area of Justice, reservations regarding the different cases should be sorted out quickly.
