11/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - During an Employment, social Policy, Health and Consumers council on 8 October in Luxembourg that it was going to present (by the end of the year) a communication on its contribution to the forthcoming United Nations Convention on disabled People. 2003 will be the year of the disabled.
