Luxembourg, 11/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - Osman Öclan (the brother of Abdullah Öcalan), the former leader of the Kurdish Labour Party (PKK), calls on the European Court of First Instance to cancel the Council's decision that includes the Kurdish organisation on the list of terrorist organisations.
