ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) oil

WINTERSHALL, the oil and gas subsidiary of the German chemicals group BASF, has bought up its Dutch rival CLYDE NEDERLAND from the American company CONOCOPHILLIPS. The financial details of the operation were not disclosed.
