OPEC won't increase crude oil output-Interview with Commissioner de palacio and Secretary General Rodriguez

London, Brussels, 04/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - Despite the strong increases in crude oil prices over recent days, the Organisation of Oil Exporting Countries (OPEC) will not increase production or keep prices down.
