ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) tourism

The travel agent NOUVELLES FRONTIERES (German group PREUSSAG) has sold its subsidiary VPM, in deficit, which is specialised in yachting, to the German boat hire company BESTSAIL for an undisclosed amount. Together, BESTSAIL and VPM will group around twenty bases, 260 boats for hire, with 170 employed. They will total a turnover of EUR 12.2 million.
