The French hotel group ACCOR has increased its stake in GO VOYAGES (turnover EUR 126 million for the financial year ending 31 October) from 38.5% to 60%. It is specialised in the sale of flights (without hotel bookings, etc.) and of complementary products (hotels, car rental), mainly via the Internet. ACCOR has acquired 21.5% from the steering team for a sum that has not been disclosed and has an option to increase this to 100%.
