ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) brewing

According to The Wall Street Journal, SAB - SOUTH AFRICAN BREWERIES, the fifth largest brewery worldwide, is in "exclusive negotiation" with American PHILIP MORRIS in order to acquire its subsidiary MILLER BREWING for the sum of $5 billion.
