Brussels, 24/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - At its meeting in Liège on Saturday, the ECOFIN Council asked for a detailed report to be compiled on possible insider dealing committed by terrorists who may have made financial gains from insider information about the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington.
