EUR 40 million loan to Belgian bank (education and health)

Brussels, 06/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank has granted a EUR 40 million loan to the Belgian bank CBC, a subsidiary of DBC (resulting in 1998 from the merger between the former Crédit Général and the former Banque Cera), to support SME investment in the fields of health and education. The loan will, on one hand, be earmarked for deployment by private schools in the French-speaking part of Belgium for financing infrastructure schemes (renovation and construction of...
