According to the weekly newspaper Wirtschaftswoche, the petro-chemical group EXXONMOBIL wants to sell 20% of its share in the gas company RUHRGAS to German group E.ON for Euro 10 billion. The American group considers that this stake in the gas company is no longer of any strategic interest for them.
