The Swiss company METRAUX SERVICES, a market leader in the independent distribution of car accessories in Switzerland, with an annual turnover of more than Euro 115 million, will be taking over the Belgian company ERNOTTE SA (annual turnover Euro 24 million, 16 sales outlets and a staff of 154).
