Brussels, 04/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Transnational Radical Party has announced that "over fifty well-known personalities and over 400 citizens" have already signed its appeal called "Chechnya: that's enough!", addressed to the "Ladies and Gentlemen of the Council and the European Commission", who are accused of being accomplice "by omission" and soon "conscious allies of those committing massacres" and of a Russia "that is losing itself by torturing in Chechnya".
