France's defence electronics company THALES has sold its FIBRE FORM LIMITED and URALITE NORTH AMERICA subsidiaries (which together form FIBRE FORM moulded polyurethane parts for the car industry, turnover of around EUR 7.5 million in 2000, workforce of nearly 90)) to the UK's BI GROUP for an undisclosed amount.
