Sweden's SKANDIA (insurance), TELIA (telecommunications) and KF - KOOPERATIVA FOERBUNDET (distribution), which together form a Swedish cooperative company, are preparing to launch a new bank, COOP BANK, in which they will be investing EUR 73.6 million. The bank will operate by phone and the Internet.
