Lamy's visit on 28 June

Brussels, 27/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - European Trade Commissioner Pascal Lamy begins a three-day visit to Morocco, on Thursday. During his visit, following closely on the heels of External Relations Commissioner Chris Patten, he will confirm the Union's continued support to this country and to its efforts for economic modernisation. A "hearing" with King Mohammed VI, on Friday, remains to be confirmed but talks are announced with the Prime Minister Mr Youssoufi and Trade and Industry...
