Clearance, with undertakings, of takeover of Digita (Finland) by Telediffusion de France

Brussels, 27/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved, with undertakings, the subsidiary of France Telecom, Teleffusion de France (TDF), to take a controlling stake in Digita, the national supplier of distribution and transmission services to radio and TV broadcasters in Finland. TDF, for its part, offers wireless solutions for broadcasters and telecom operators. Through its subsidiary Telemast, it is also active in the distribution and terrestrial transmission of radio...
