The telecommunications advisory company SOLUCOM is to acquire its counterpart ARCOME (turnover EUR 5.9 million forecast for 2001 with 50 consultants) for the sum of EUR 7.5 million. Over the financial year ending end March 2002, the new entity will have more than 260 employees and a turnover of EUR 26.4 million.
