CIMENTS FRANCAIS (Italian group ITALCIMENTI) is to invest EUR 250 million to acquire 25% of SUEZ CEMENT COMPANY (annual turnover EUR 385 million with production capacity of 8.5 million tonnes), the leading Egyptian cement maker that will become its "strategic partner".
