ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) agri-food

The two main cooperatives in the dairy sector in New Zealand NZ DAIRY GROUP and KIWI COOPERATIVE are both to merge and, at the same time, take over NEW ZEALAND DAIRY BOARD, the body responsible for exports, within a new entity called GLOBALCO which will be the world's number nine in dairy products with a turnover of NZ$ 12.1 bn.
