27/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - AFP of Madrid states that Judge Garzon considers as admissible a complaint against Azucarero Ebro Agricolas for alleged fraud estimated at over 39 million euro to the detriment of the EU budget (a surplus of sugar production is said to have been concealed by the powerful group to continue receiving EU aid).
