27/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission will decide on Wednesday to launch infringement proceedings against France for imposing a "one size fits all" calculation of "no claims bonuses" for car insurance which is contrary to the freedom to supply services outlined in the third Non Life Insurance Directive.
