27/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The AEGEE (Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l'Europe) is organising a series of events over the next few months under the heading, "Quo Vadis Europe? The Enlargement of the EU and its Consequences on European Civil Society". The opening conference on EU integration will be organised in Lund (Sweden) on 6-8 April, after which the AEGEE is organising events around human rights and the cultural dimension of enlargement. The final conference, "Quo Vadis Europe?" will take place in Brussels from 1-5 December 2001, where participants will mainly work in study groups to discuss how to strike a balance between unity and diversity in Europe and the visions and aims of the Europe project in the next fifty years.
