South Korea welcomes the EU's decision to send over a delegation

Seoul, 27/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The South Korean Foreign Minister has welcomed the decision by the European Summit in Stockholm to send an EU delegation to Seoul and Pyongyang in the month of May if possible. The delegation would be made up of the President of the European Council Göran Persson, the High Representative for European Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana and the European Commissioner for External Relations Chris Patten (see 25 March special Stockholm Summit...
