The joint venture between the Belgian RECTICEL and the Canadian WOODBRIDGE will buy in several slices and for an undisclosed sum, 50% of the capital in GESTIND (turnover of roughly DM 60 million in 1999), a manufacturer of head rests and arm rests made from moulded foam. The remaining 50% will remain in the hands of the Italian equipment producer TOSCANA GOMMA.
