ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

CRAY VALLEY, resin division of ATOFINA, the chemicals branch of the Franco-Belgian group TOTALFINAELF, acquired the resins division from the British CRODA INTERNATINAL for an undisclosed sum. The resin activities of CRODA recorded a turnover of EUR 40 million in 2000.
