ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

TRACTEBEL increased its stake in COCO- COGENERATION PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED to 84.5% after having bought the stakes of BANPU PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED and NORDIC POWER for a total amount of BEF 3.8 billion. TRACTEBEL will launch a take over bid for the remaining capital in the Thai company at the price of 17 Thai Baht per share. See EI of 23 February.
