In Italy, CMS has taken a 24% stake in ARTECH, subsidiary of TECNOMEC DI ARNAD. Specialised in computer equipment and telecommunications products, ARTECH should have a turnover in 2001 of 13 bn lira, as against CMS' expected 400 bn lira.
