28/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - On the occasion of their Tuesday summit in Neustadt-an-der-Weinstrasse, the French and Polish presidents, Jacques Chirac and Aleksander Kwasniewski and German Chancellor Gerhard Schrieder noted their "total convergence of views" on EU enlargement (and of NATO), the European Security and Defence Policy and the policy to conduct towards Russia.
