Council confirms permanent consultation arrangements with NATO - Decisions on move to permanent bodies for Esdp

Brussels, 23/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - As we mentioned, the EU Council adopted important decisions, in Brussels on Monday, for the development of Esdp. Thus:
