In France, the promoter GEORGE V (NEXITY group) has taken a majority stake in Toulouse's foremost promoter of main residencies RUGGIERI IMMOBILIER (FF 245 million turnover in 1999 with 368 lodgings sold and a workforce of 40), in which it intends holding a 100 stake by 2006. GEORGE V had a turnover of FF 5.7 bn in 2000 with 800 employees.
