ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) environment

EDF INTERNATIONAL, 100% subsidiary of EDF - ELECTRICITE DE FRANCE has sold BOUYGUES its 14.9% stake in SAUR, the latter's subsidiary specialised in environmental services, for FF 1.19 bn. This operation values the company at FF 8.5 bn and gives BOUYGUES a 100% stake in the firm. The latter nevertheless intends selling off part of this share in the short term.
