23/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - Following the agreement secured at the Education Council of 9 November 2000, the EU Council adopted its common position on the draft recommendation relating to mobility within the Community for students, people undergoing training, volunteers, teachers and trainers. This common position will be presented to the European Parliament for second reading, according to the co-decision procedure.
