Berlin Congress, from 11 to 13 January, will cover theme "A Union of Values"

Brussels, 19/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Peoples Party chaired by Wilfried Martens is holding from 11 to 13 January 2001, in Berlin, its 14th Congress, which will adopt a document on "A Union of Values".

The Congress will be opened in the afternoon on Thursday 11 January by Angela Merkel, President of the CDU. Among the orators speaking in the opening ceremony will be Wilfried Martens, the Heads of the Spanish, Luxembourg and Austrian governments Jose Maria Anzar, Jean-Claude...
