German DEUTSCHE TELEKOM is to buy up, for an overall price of $180 million, 51% of the capital of six telecommunications companies of the Polish group ELEKTRIM (telecommunications, energy). The contract of sale concerns RST EL-NET, TELEFONIA REGIONALNA, ELEKTRIM TV TEL, INTERNET POLSKA, VPN SERVICE and POLISH PHONESAT.
