Brussels, 19/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the project of the Swiss company Georg Fischer AG and the German bank Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (WestLB) aiming to acquire the German groups Krupp Werner & Pfleiderer (KWP), subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp, and to integrate it within a new holding with the two subsidiaries of Fischer, Waeschle and Buss.
