ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) optics

The Belgian metallurgical group UM - UNION MINIERE has acquired V&S SCIENTIFIC LTD and TAYSIDE OPTICAL TECHNOLOGY LTD, two British companies specialised in finished optical products for the sum of almost EUR 8 million. These companies will be integrated into UM ELECTRO-OPTIC MATERIALS.
