Tight schedule for ministers

Brussels, 01/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - EU foreign ministers have a very tight schedule for Sunday and Monday, in which a session of the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) on institutional reform will overlap with a session of the "General Affairs" Council and negotiating sessions with six applicants for accession. The programme is as follows:

  • Sunday afternoon, the IGC on institutional reform;

  • Monday morning, General Affairs Council mainly devoted to preparing the Summit of Nice, as well as...
