The French government kicks off restructuring of the French nuclear industry. The public participants will meet to this end within a holding company provisionally called TOPCO, quoted on the stock exchange and which will be comprised of two branches: FRAMATOME and COGEMA on the nuclear side, and FCI and STMICROELECTRONICQ for the new technologies.
