Go-ahead to joint venture between Cap Gemini and Vodafone

Brussels, 01/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the creation of a joint undertaking in the information technology sector between the French company Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Group and British Vodafone. The new venture, held equally, aims to establish and maintain digital mobile-enabled business-to-business marketplaces for enterprise on behalf of independent clients.
