Brussels, 01/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - As usual, the main European political parties will hold their Summits before the European Council. Thus, on 6 December, on the eve of the European Summit in Nice, will meet:

• The European Peoples Party chaired by Wilfried Martens, in Juan-les-Pins;
• The European Socialist Party chaired by Rudolf Scharping, in Antibes;
• The European Liberal Democrats Party chaired by Werner Hoyer, in Nice;
