The French information technology services group CAP GEMINI ERNST AND YOUNG and British operator VODAFONE have formed an alliance that will give rise to the creation of a joint undertaking. The latter will propose services to companies ranging from access to the company intranet on mobile telephony to more complex solutions of inter-entrepreneurial commercial relations. It will in the end spread European-wide and will aim at the German and British markets.
