Council amends court procedural rules so as to improve legal activities

Brussels, 20/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council of Ministers has adopted certain amendments to the procedural rules of the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance.

Court of Justice: The Court may now issue rulings according to an accelerated procedure in certain "particularly urgent" cases.
