Brussels, 20/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The oil consuming countries again called for intervention by OPEC countries in order to bring down the barrel price of crude oil, during the seventh International Energy Forum held this weekend in Riyadh, but the producer countries did not come to any clear commitment along these lines. Both parties called for dialogue to be strengthened.
