Swiss group CIBA CS - CIBA SPECIALITES CHIMIQUES intends to sell its MASTERBATCH (pigments) activities and has signed declarations of intent with two potential buyers. These activities employ 400 and make a turnover of CHF 100 million. Furthermore, CIBA SC has signed a declaration of intent with the Dutch company MEGIDES AME, which is expected to take over its activities in France, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand.
