The company NEW MIRACLE has acquired the software, the right to the name and part of the real estate assets of Swiss software manufacturer MIRACLE (net turnover CHF 11.88 million during the first half of 2000) for the sum of CHF 2.5 million, following cessation of activity by the latter on 26 October.
