AMADEUS, European group specialised in technologies in the travel sector, and the Internet site TERRA LYCOS (Spanish group TELEFONICA) have taken a 55% stake in ONETRAVEL.COM, one of the ten foremost on-line travel agencies in the United States, with over 1.5 million users. The financial details of the operation have not been disclosed.
